Organic Chia Protein Pudding
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop of The Good Stuff Whey
Chia seeds are tiny little nutritional bombs- they are packed full of protein, fibre & omega 3's. Making the chia pudding a great breakfast or snack.
We love ours with some coconut yogurt, berries & chopped nuts on top.
Mix all of the above together in a bowl, leave for 10 minutes and then mix again.
Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours and then enjoy with your choice of toppings.
