Organic Coconut and Maca Porridge

Organic Coconut and Maca Porridge


1/3 cup of oats

1 cup of water

1/3 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp The Good Stuff Coconut Oil

1 banana (half to go in the porridge, half to go as a topping)

1/2 tsp The Good Stuff Maca Powder


This porridge is super yummy, creamy and quick.

We love adding chopped banana, chia seeds, bee pollen and goji berries as a topping, but you can add whatever toppings you like.


Add the oats, water, coconut milk & half a sliced banana to a pan on a medium heat.

Stir until all the liquid has been absorbed, this should be around 10 minutes.

Then stir in the almond butter, coconut oil & maca.

Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
