Organic Chocolate Protein Balls
1 cup cashews
½ cup almonds
2 tbsp. The Good Stuff Cacao Powder
2 scoops The Good Stuff Whey
1 tbsp. The Good Stuff Cacao Nibs
2 tbsp. melted The Good Stuff Coconut Oil
2 tbsp. honey
These balls keep really well in the fridge, they are great as an easy dessert or a post gym snack.
Mix all the above in a food processor, when the mixture starts to come together into a dough like consistency turn the food processor off.
Use your hands to roll the mixture into balls and store in the fridge.
