Raw Chocolate Kisses
1/2 cup of cacao butter
5 tbsp local honey
2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of Himalayan salt
2 tbsp freeze dried raspberry flakes
These little chocolate kisses are delicious and make a great after dinner treat with a cup of peppermint tea.
Melt the cacao butter in a bowl above a pan of boiling water, keep stirring the butter until it has melted
Then remove the bowl from the hob and stir in the honey, cacao, cinnamon and salt.
Take you chocolate tray and put half a tsp of dried raspberries into each heart.
Then poor the slightly cooled chocolate mix into each heart.
Pop into the fridge for an hour and then remove from the mould and enjoy!
