Coconut and Berry Protein Porridge

This porridge packs a serious punch, it's full of protein and will keep you full of energy until lunch.

Method

Gently heat the oats in a pan with a cup of water.

Once the oats start to thicken remove from the heat and stir in the coconut oil, whey, maca and blueberries. 

Put the porridge into a bowl and sprinkle over The Good Guru's Good Berries powder.
