Vegan Coconut Flapjacks with Maca
Ingredients (makes 6 squares)
50g The Good Stuff Coconut Oil
1 tsp The Good Stuff Maca
2 tbsp Coconut syrup
40g Sukrin Gold (or we love maple syrup)
These flapjacks are perfect for after the gym snack, they are super quick and easy to make. Recipe is courtesy of the amazing Vee's Fitness Foods.
Combine the oats, maca, Sukrin Gold (or we love maple syrup!) and leave to one side.
Next gently warm the coconut oil and coconut syrup together, then add to the oat ingredients and mix throughly.
Line a square greaseproof tray and pour in the mixture and leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Remove from the fridge and cut into squares.
