Delicious Maca and Pear Cinnamon Bars
1 tbsp The Good Stuff Chia Seeds
1/2 cup of Walnuts
1/2 cup of Almonds
4 medjool dates (stoned)
1 cup of organic dried pears
2 tsp cinnamon
1 - 2 tsp of water as needed
Easy to make, delicious to eat and healthy!
Makes a great alternative to shop bought cereal bars.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until it starts to form a dough.
Line a baking tray and empty the ingredients into it, press down until smooth.
Bake for 20 minutes, leave to cool in the tray then cut into squares.
