Health Boosting Protein Tumeric Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 Banana

1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

1 cup Water

1 scoop of The Good Stuff Whey

1 & 1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter

1 Medjool Date

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Tumeric

2 tsp of Good Stuff Maca Powder

1 tbsp Good Stuff Chia Seeds

Pinch Freshly Ground Pepper (helps to absorb the Tumeric)

Blend and enjoy!

This smoothie is delicious, and healthy. A great combo! To be enjoyed anytime throughout the day particularly if energy levels are getting low.

Method

Simply blend all of the ingredients together, and enjoy! Can be put in the fridge over night.
