Yummy Protein Banana Split
2 tbsp quark (soft high protein cheese)
1 scoop of The Good Stuff Organic Whey
1 tbsp The Good Stuff Organic Coconut Oil
2 tsp The Good Stuff Organic Cacao Powder
2 tsp local honey
2 tsp almond butter
This is a super yummy quick breakfast or dessert that is packed with protein!
Peel and slice the banana in half and put into a bowl.
Mix quark and whey together and dollop on top of the banana.
Then drizzle the above chocolate sauce and almond butter over the top.
