Scrummy Yummy 'Nutella'
2 cups of hazelnuts
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp The Good Stuff Cacao Powder
2 tbsp The Good Stuff Cacao Nibs
A pinch of sea salt
This nutella is so delicious, it tastes better than the real thing and its completely natural.
Firstly bake the hazelnuts for 5-10 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees.
Then add them to a food processor for around 5 minutes until they completely breakdown and start to go oily.
Then add the maple syrup, cacao powder, cacao nibs and sea salt and blend until smooth.
Lastly add water until you reach the desired thickness, pop into a glass jar and keep in the fridge.
We love ours straight from the jar.....or on our protein pancakes!
