Delivery & Returns


We offer two types of delivery, next day delivery if ordered before 12:00, and Hermes tracked, which takes 2-5 days. You will be given an option at checkout. Currently all orders on 2-5 day delivery have free shipping. For next day delivery orders must be placed before 12:00. We only ship on Monday - Friday. So an order placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Currently we do not deliver on weekends.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, first please email us at, explaining that you want to return an item and your reasons for doing so. We will then reply to your email detailing the instructions to return the item to us. Alternatively you may wish to exchange the product.

Unless the item in question is faulty or damaged the purchaser will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. We recommend you send it via a trackable service such as a courier, or Royal Mail tracked, that way you can be sure the item was returned safely. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit.
